    thanks man, no, she's still at work (for another 5 minutes). But I told her to just stay there and make them feed her (she works in a senior living home)

    she actually just called, can't even get her car out of their lot. so at least she's someplace warm

    Surpassingly it was not flat. Mild carbonation yet, slight sour smell, very very mellow flavors, definitely could taste the oak, but other then that there were no strong discernible flavors, everything just melded together.
