    When you pop this open it's a wave of Toffee and Tart Green Apples, mmm.
    Some people say this beer is too sweet. Well, I'm from the mid-west we like our beverages sweet.

    Blasting this!

    This brings high school back again.

    I picked up a couple of growlettes from Beer'd, and then enjoyed a new and intriguing beer on tap at the Engine Room: Saison De Pipaix. Unlike any Saison I've ever had. Very good, but not excellent.

    Got home, only to find I had a surprise package from @JayORear . One of those beers couldn't wait.

    Yet another beer that is worth the hype. Reminds me a lot of HF brews. Also tick number 4 out of the top 10, and Westy is falling tomorrow. Slow but steady, my friends.
