    Revisiting some beers:

    Not as great as I remember it from years ago, but a very good bock otherwise. Raisin/plum/prune with robust cocoa/chocolate/toast/biscuit/light coffee and a fair amount of cinnamon/light chiles. Nicely enjoyable.

    Holy shit this was incredible. Big raisin/plum/prune/cherry/fig/licorice with molasses/candi sugar/toast and moderate pepper/light clove/herbal hop/yeast earthiness. This was insanely balanced and so god damn delicious.

    Fresh 4 pack purchased today, with clear bottle dating. Awesome sauce. Resinous pine and huge tropical/citrus/floral hops with moderate bready/honey malts. So sticky, so smooth sipping. Yes.

    Got the last 2 4-packs of Hop Ranch from the little hole in town...when I told the guy how impressed I was that they had it, compared to their usual stock of 1 year old+ SNPA, he said they're trying to improve their freshness and selection, aiming for upwards of 100 different things. Awesome!
