    Annnnd ALOT of home brew, last brew day was Saison's and there were some really good ones.
    Yesterday was Brown Ale's, one of the guys is attempting a sour brown which should be interesting if it turns out.

    2011 brandy barrel aged old stock ale, tastes like candy. Pairing with huevos rancheros. Star of the dish is the duck/chicken chorizo.
