    Isn't Mole just a sweet, spicy, chocolate sauce common with/on pulled pork/chicken? Or was it traditionally a sauce made for Cinco de Mayo? Regardless, I wouldn't have known it was inspired by that if you hadn't mentioned.

    Has a slight hint of that sour tart Peruvian twang but overall, nowhere near the infection mayhem from 2012.

    You're correct. It's a traditional Mexican sauce with a chili base. Considering its a near Cinco de Mayo, one time release, it was named with the traditional sauce in mind!
