    I need a nap....ok after this one maybe.

    Workout:

    30 mins fasted cardio on Airdyne with 5 minute intervals. Every five minutes I’ll get off the bike and stretch, foam roll, etc. Gotta get that recovery in!

    Drink 10 grams BCAA’s then:

    Work up to heavy power snatch in 8 minutes - 205 lbs

    then:

    5 Rounds for Time
    300m run
    15 power cleans @ 95lbs
    5 muscle ups

    Total time: 22:44

    This is the newest addition to our family! We’re naming her Maple...now I need a Lawson’s Maple Fayston or a MBC in her honor...who wants to help out with that haha? :wink: We’ll be picking her up early June, so excited!

    A little hangover food ! 2012 stout - dodgers with the early start in Miami -
    Ima stay out of the beef in between these two brews -

    First up the disputin- also had a bottle of this last night- it's not pitch black - I can see thru it.. Aging has done this brew just fine - it's smooth like ten fidy -

    Hops are pretty much gone at this point - Gone like that homer Giancarlo Stanton just hit - dang that kid has power ! He's from sfv by the way-

    Enjoying the sunshine and drinking a Prairie Spectrum (hibiscus saison) with the wife. This is really nice. A fantastic mix of sweet and sour. Very refreshing. Cheers!
