Scary Beer Photos

    Two bottles of each beer are submitted. Our table had three judges and the worm was poured into the glass of a judge other than me. I figured - what the hell - and tried mine, thinking the alcohol would've taken care of any problem the worrm could've caused. The ipa was quite good. The second bottles submitted are for if the brew makes it to the medal round. We knew this beer wouldn't medal - cause worms aint supposed to be in an ipa - so we popped the second to give the brewer's stuff a chance. The score was low - but the beer was good. He just needs to be more careful about rinsing/cleaning his bottles before he sanitizes. I've rinsed some old bottles and had dead moths pop out - it happens... but I clean the hell out of my stuff and probably - most brewers would say -I go overboard with sanitizing. Better safe than sorry.

    Damn, my homebrew looks cleaner than that. The color of the sediment is rather concerning and disgusting. Being from SoCal too, what brewery is that?

    lol ... that is nuts. If bud can do that maybe I will make sangria with a couple Coors lights thrown in for fun... it will be called beergria and you will all love it!

    Really, all I did was shake my head and mutter "I don't want to live on this planet anymore..."

    I can't say I'm surprised by it in Wal-Mart, but I had no idea there were that many... "flavors."
