Half drank out of can. Half in glass. 4/2 canning date I believe.. Nose and aroma among the best there is. A true hop flower/ lupulin aroma. Call me biased or a homer, elevated IPA is right there smell wise.. Mouthfeel was definitely creamy. Elevated tends towards a dry finish. Hop presence was there in the beginning of each sip and faded nicely.. AMAZING overall experience. Best beer ever or even DIPA? I gotta say maybe a 20 way tie.. For the second straight time, I'm not seeing the "hype". I'm happy when local IPAs get 4.75 on BA reviews. HT constantly is bombarded with perfect 5s.

I'm setting up a PtE, HT, elevated, sculpin, project dank, and father nelson blind tasting this weekend. Although the LC's are unique and I can likely guess those right away. This is a great test for a beer that we will just all enjoy and want more of. Let's hope we want more of LC's beers lol.

I must admit that Lazy Magnolia impressed me with this one. It has a great wheat character, ample tartness, and 3.5% abv.

The head almost disappeared before I could even take the pic though (don't know if that's common to berliner weissbiers).

    Great beer though! Cheers!

Edit: Found on style description page: "rapidly vanishing head." Duh.

Got to coach the “ol lady” today in class so that was a nice change of pace. She’s improved so much since we first started CrossFit three years ago...I’m incredibly proud of her. She went from never really lifting weights to a 175lb clean and jerk, 155lb snatch, 320lb deadlift, 235lb back squat.

    My workout today was:

    10 min amrap:
    10 Alternating KB Snatch @ 70lbs
    5 rope climbs
    15 cal row
    then
    4x500m row

Now enjoying a Bomb. I truly love this beer...thick and luscious with just the right amount of heat.

Took this one out of the fridge and let it sit for an hour before drinking, hence the dish towel underneath the sweating bottle

First time having this, and it's marvelous. Probably the best coffee stout I've had to this point.

    Some music? Sure...more Talking Heads

Had a Hoptimum, and a Hi-5 IPA from Terrapin with dinner.

Kids are.... trying to go to sleep, and daddy is making sure he goes to sleep, with this guy:

2014 vintage.. Tasting better now than the 1st one did last month. Coffee is backing down, I can taste a little more barrel, but mostly vanilla now. Better though!

Enough for me tonight I think.
