    Good evening!

    As some of you know, I'm currently living under a self imposed "law" that states "NO beer purchases shall ever be made until 50% of the damn cellar stash is consumed".

    I have a relatively large stash.

    I made a rare appearance in public today hunting for a goddamn Southern Tier Grand Arbor Saison...

    ...couldn't find one...so I panicked, but I also kept seeing Lake Erie Monsters everywhere...

    I succumbed to my demon and bought some fresh Lake Erie Monster...and an Orval, (I mean two)...and a bomber of Stone Ruination...just because they were there.

    I am weak.

    Well, I meant to reply to Aleckpa and hit quote though his post didn't show up. Anyway, here we go:
    Drinkin great. Booze has calmed a bit but still there (in a good way imo), not too sweet but got that caramel goodness only an aged barley can have. Very nice.

    Yes, the family is totally aware of the "situation" and are very understanding. It's not surprising to anyone that, technically, I actually have more beer NOW, than when I started the "Project: Drink the Damn Cellar Stash".

    Haven't posted in a couple days, which makes me sad. I just couldn't get around to it. Anyway, I'm enjoying this 16oz growler of Central Waters Illumination. Reminds me of Chillwave, though I appreciate that this one stays on the dank end of the flavor spectrum.
