The growler is Fat ten-er 6 from NEBCO via @CTJman (there were some other things in the box, but they weren't for me, a shipping mix-up so I'll keep them secret until they get to their intended target).
The Surly was from a local tap take-over, part of Philly Beer Week. Limit of one each, but still, I bought Surly in PA!

My wife is sorting out clothes because she has the Purple Heart scheduled for a pick up next week.
She found the shirt below that we got at Funky Buddha last year, it just doesn't fit her right.
It is a junior cut XL (that wears more like a large). Your women will know if this will fit them or not.
I'll send it to the first person that claims it (better than giving it to the PH), only stipulation is that I need photographic proof that it fits her after you get it. If you get it and it doesn't fit her, you'll need to LIF it on to somebody elses' wife/GF.
The flash kind of washed out the color in the one pic, it is the darker blue color.

Oh man...triple IPA from Wicked Weed, the Menage-a-Freak. Super dank! Thankfully a pal went up to Asheville this past weekend and was kind enough to bring a growler back for me.

 

No what they are doing is bottling all the new batches in 375's and announcing releases day of instead of doing big releases.

 

And claimed.

 

I was really hoping for @lurpy1 or @TheBeerAlmanac to claim it and post a picture of themselves wearing it as proof that it fits instead.

This is exactly what I was thinking, start to finish.

 

So FedEx delivery manager has become my arch enemy now. Too many people on here have it set up and now get notification of packages being delivered to them which completely ruins the fun of a ninja box. So now 4 people in this thread have boxes on the way to them. Only 1 of them knew it was coming before FedEx decided to turn my ninja boxes into this type of ninja

And if you don't know yet, delivery is expected Thursday. I'll send an update tomorrow as further warning. (especially to one target since they'll be especially confused since I didn't include a letter saying why… I actually had a good reason, just forgot to tell you why)

Well I'm back from Spain and had a fun time catching up on the thread. I've learned a lot about you all and quite frankly, myself.

Anyway, I feel it is my duty to report that Spain does not have much in the way of beer. You could really only find Cruzcampo and San Miguel which were terrible and referred to by the locals as orina burro. However, there were two experiences of note.

In Madrid I ran across La Mayor which had an great selection of Belgian bottles and some decent taps, although I didn't have time to sit down. It had an impressive interior and windows full of bottle caps. They also sold Duff Beer. I bought a Liefmans Fruitesse to go. As I was trying to find the name that bar's name just now, I discovered that I ate lunch a couple places down from Cafeeke which is apparently a far superior bar judging by its beer list.

The other good one was in Barcelona, where my wife and I got trapped in a torrential downpour (minutes after having dropped our raincoats and umbrella off at the hotel because it was nice out). We were running from awning to awning and randomly ducked into this awesome little beer place called Cat Bar. You could get a flight of their 9 taps for 9 euro and I got to try some freakin Spanish micro brew:

Good stuff, Maynard! There was also a place called BeerCab that I walked by but didn't have time to go into.

And everything was on crazy hours too with all their siestaing and drinking until 8am on weekdays. Helluva trip though, but maybe not a beer destination.

 

If you don't know by now, I have access to plenty that....

 

Well, I can neither confirm nor deny the accuracy of your statement, but Fedex says to expect a box Thursday so if you think you're in the running, then you may want to watch your porch!
