    Just about to crack open this bottle of Quadrotriticale - no I don't get the Star Trek reference - I've never even seen a second of Star Trek - triticale to me is the hybrid grain! Ok ok I have seen Romulan ale - (throwing you Trekkies a bone there)

    I really gotta step up my Quad game - although this is not a traditional quad - I'm getting a initial blast of hops and a awesome swig of rye at first - then comes the wave of dark fruits - this beer rocks for the price ! 6.99

    Had a nice, moderate outing on some trails here in Gainesville a little while ago. After that I hopped over to Tipple's to get some fish tacos and brussels sprouts at a food truck, and ended up walking out with a bottle of Duvel Tripel Hop (2014: MOSAIC, BITCHES) and a can of Anderson Valley's the Kimmie, the Yink and the Holy GOSE Ale.

    My first gose, and it's tasty junk. Hell of a pairing with these fish tacos, too. Saude, galera!
