    Got an awesome package from @rbradley today. I honestly can’t tell you how much I appreciate this guy. If any of you have a chance to trade with him take him up on the offer and send him plenty of extras because he will take care of you!

    Had a nice workout today after a long boring day crunching numbers at work.

    8 minutes to work up to a “heavy” clean
    then
    3 x 2 @ 70% of clean
    then
    9-7-5 (you do 9 of both listed, 7 of both, then 5 of both)
    muscle ups

    Previously it had only 1 lukewarm review, so it sat in my cellar. So happy I cracked it tonight after a jalapeño chicken pasta dish. Absolutely beautiful BA BSDA, do try if you can find.
