It's a collab w/ Westbrook, but in MD I'd say it's now Gose Gone Wild from Stillwater. If that's not allowed I'll go with Superfun Stout from Burley Oak or Single Hop Citra from Flying Dog.

Surly Abrasive wins in Minnesota. But Steel Toe Size 7, Surly Furious, and Indeed Day Tripper all get the nod from me as well.

    My Michigan list includes:
Short's Brew - Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster (probably the best beer that I've even had, notwithstanding that I'm drinking a Heady Topper as I'm typing this response and I has some PtE recently for comparison)
    Bell's - Black Note Stout
    Arcadia - Shipwreck Porter

Honorable mention should go to Perrin's Malted Milk Ball Porter for dessert.

If in WI, anything by New Glarus. Captial, Central Waters, and Lakefront also make some pretty good stuff. Hinterland, Great Dane, and Milwaukee Brewing are good too.

I Caught a lecture about how sixpoint actually brews in tennessee when I said Resin was my favorite DIPA brewed in my state. Still love it and Hi-Res. Completely agree with flower power as well, great IPA!

not srs... Tired Hands has a pretty long list, Forest & Main is also pretty great. Victory Dirt Wolf, Troegs Nugget Nectar, Fat Head's Head Hunter, Weyerbacher has a pretty long list and I'm partial to BrewWorks. Nodding Head and Round Guys also both make very good Berliner Weisses (among other things) and Iron Hill has a pretty good barrel program. I've never been to Al's Pizza but I hear great things about them too and I'm sure there are others I've missed.

I agree with the Short's, and the Perrin beer. On Black Friday our table of 6 all agreed that the BB malted milk ball was the best BB beer out of about 12 we tried.

For my tastes Burnt Hickory Brewing is doing by far the best work in Georgia across all styles. But since they're still draft only I'll list stuff that gets canned/bottled:

Terrapin Wake N Bake (both regular & Cinnamon Roll'd)
    Three Taverns Quasimodo
    Terrapin Hopzilla
    Sweetwater IPA

This list will change when we give BHB some time to finish their expansion and start canning/bottling. So get on it @Hedeen!

I concur on the CW BBBW. Not sure what I would pick second, though. I like CW Stouts but I think there are better WI beers out there.

Here: Prairie Bomb & Coop Ale Works F5. Prairie does plenty of one off stuff that is better Bomb, but not widely available.

Missouri: Boulevard Tank 7, Saison Brett & Rye on Rye. Schlafly's Barrel aged Imperial Stout. I hear Perennial does great stuff, but I've never tried any yet that have met that description...

Good list but I'd replace DL with Permanent Funeral. While DL is certainly iconic, it's nowhere near the "best", IMO.
