    Nice, I am lucky enough to work less than 10 minutes away. Hard to find a better store in the area.

    After busting my hump all weekend, and being done (at least until tomorrow morning), I was in the mood for something refreshing. Bell's Oberon it is. It's really hitting the spot right now.

    Yeah I am responding to my own post! Tried to edit, but the 15 minute time limit expired.
    Tasted these while I was there
    Blood & Guts: Dark sour ale aged on cherries 6.1% - Just fabulous!:grinning::stuck_out_tongue::grinning:
    Safeword: Mango Habanero DIPA 10.1% - Great blend of heat and sweet!:grimacing::grinning::stuck_out_tongue:
    Lowercase IPA: Sessionable IPA 4% - Not my favorite at all.:slight_frown:
    Peach Lambic: Sour peach ale 4.9% - Great sour peach flavor!:grinning::stuck_out_tongue:
    Will I Am: Dry Irish Stout 4.3% - Very tasty and easy drinking stout, loved it, obviously got the growler!:grinning:

    Agreed! The last time I was there they were remodeling, so they didn't have their glassware out. I was bummed. I bought a Duvel tulip from them back in the day and broke the SOB on my trip to Westbrook last month. Looking forward to getting back there soon. Cheers!

    Huge, full day. Found out the zoo was closed en route, and redirected our trip to Hartford to hit up Plan B Burger Bar. Delicious, delicious food, and great beer:

    Off Color Troublesome Gose and Oskar Blues Mama's Little Yella Pils.

    Wife and I traded glasses with the Gose and Pils back and forth, as both were new to us. Tasty stuff. I looked over, and my son had drawn this:

    "Lat's Go!" To be fair, that's how he pronounces it, so I guess that's some good spelling. The apostrophe and exclamation mark were all his, too. Too freaking cute.

    A couple of these while watching Columbia- Uruguay. The first was a traditional Black and Tan, the second was a Black Mountain (Guineas and Sierra Nevada)

    After we left Plan B, we went for an impromptu hike. The kids got to see their first honest-to-goodness waterfall, and their parents got to get exhausted and sweaty on a 2.5 mile hike we hadn't prepared for.

    Listening to some bird tweets, I asked Ian if he heard the birds.
    Me: "What song do you think they're singing?"
    Him: *long pause* "Tweet, tweet. I'm singing a song!"

    Now I'm home, and enjoying a well-deserved beer to cool down and relax - and catch up with the BA forums!

    Pygmy Owl from Big Sky Brewing- found this at Whole Foods today for $5.99/six pack. It's a very sessionable, light IPA. Great on a hot summer day in Austin.
