    I really like that pils too and was practically overjoyed when I saw it in sixpacks this year instead of just in the beers of summer case. =) Those blema hops are wonderful!

    Totally. When I was buying my beers earlier in the week, today was the day I was planning for. Yesterday I had to drive to the fireworks show, so couldn't have too much beer earlier in the day. Today, otoh, is beautiful, and I don't have to be anywhere.

    Gonna pop another Saranac Wild Hop Pils right now, actually.

    Well, my trip to secure some Prairie Bomb was denied. Apparently someone cleaned out the sto's entire stock of Prairie about an hour or so ago. Until I can get back out again, I guess this Celebrator and SN Stout will just have to do!

    Sun is shining, birds are chirping, kids are playing, I am drinking (great beer no less), wife is judging. Oh well, who the fuck cares. It's a holiday and I ain't going nowhere (except to the fridge for refills). Life is good. Happy extended weekend all!!!

    One of the weirdest beers I've had. Tastes like an ipa then midway through you think you just took a nice big puff on a pretty decent mild cigar. I've got a picture somewhere of my dad and I enjoying this on sanibel island with a REAL smooth cigar.

    This brew reminds me, I need to buy more Classic. I have a few cellared Cuvée Van De Keizer Blauw, but I sometimes have a craving for the Classic!
