DC because of the super loose beer laws

I think Kansas City would be an excellent choice, home of Boulevard Brewing. Several large metropolitan areas within a three hour drive, including St. Louis, Omaha, Wichita, and Des Moines. Easy access from anywhere and right in the middle of the country.

Austin - we are a pretty fest-friendly town.

    Orlando, Florida.

Tons of convention space. Plenty of nice hotels and restaurants. We have the theme parks (Universal, Disney, Sea World, GatorLand, Wet N Wild, etc...). Plus, the beach is an hour or two away. And we have nice warm weather, especially in the winter time compared to everyone else. What's not to love?

Honestly, Bethlehem Pennsylvania, always a great place for festivals.

Do it like the mexican cartels, someplace like Ohio or Chicago.

Hey, I've been to Seattle and loved it, but the colors in your picture look a wee bit oversaturated. Camera set to Vivid mode?

Beer city USA....grand rapids could go toe to toe with anywhere basically in the US. Vegas? Austin....that's funny. Chicago I guess I could agree with. Harder to navigate than Grand Rapids.

St. Louis. Centrally located, easy access, long beer tradition, and low costs. Host it in the 1904 World's Fair Forest Park.

Selfish reasons I would say Austin. Realistically I would have to say Chicago makes the most sense for all the reasons already stated.

Columbus. 50 percent of the population of the US lives within 500 miles of Columbus.

My vote it for Pittsburgh, but a place like Chicago is relatively inexpensive travel for both the east and west coast.

That is probably true for any Mid-Atlantic city along the I-95 corridor

Would be interesting to see the location numbers when expressed by craft beer drinking (i.e. sales) population

Vegas and Austin are fun....not funny. Trying to throw an event in the Moose Lodge of Grand Rapids... now that's funny.

    Since we are googling proverbs:

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a....no that's not it.
What's good for the goose is...damn not it either
People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.....OK that's pretty good.
