A local favorite now in cans but a little bit lower in the abv category. Doesn't matter still kicks butt. Thanks again for all the kind words. A bunch of good drinking buddies I have in here.
An old favorite as I exhale...

Terrible picture (and a little contradictory) but Got Dag Gummit, I'm celebrating a HUGE milestone that's been a long time coming.
    2010 vintage. Cheers all!!!

Should have drank the Farmer's Tan 1st instead of finishing with it! It's pretty bland! Loved the 2XIPA and the Sierra Nevada Stout was a solid "4" but a notch below the Narwhal imho! Cheers!

    Finishers:

Fantastic bright hops. Still no extra! in Michigan. Maybe this week? I will still buy it even if it's old at this point. If I woulda known it was going to be like this, I would have grabbed some in Ohio a full month ago. No email response from Petaluma either, I want extra bad :slight_frown:

So delicious. Tart limes and balanced biscuity crackers and cream. Short's experimental brews always satisfy my curiosity a majority of the time.

Found some more BBA Citra a week or so ago, and it is still damn good. Some nice moderate citrus/tropical notes with balanced bourbon/vanilla/toffee/oak balance. This makes me want to break open the other bottle of Founders Doom I have in the closet. I may do it this weekend :sunglasses:

Last bottle of 11k, it has aged greatly into an excellent barleywine. Still some solid citrus/tropical notes and balanced caramel/toast/brown sugar/toffee/biscuit malt sweetness. Very smooth sipping.

The nose has roasted notes with campfire and some chocolate. Taste has lended itself to more malty roasted notes with less coffee. It's there, but muted a lot. It is more campfire and chocolate now.

Started with my SuperFlyPA (really resiny right now) and then moved on to a can of Heady. I need to jump off the resin train for the night and jam on the breaks, it's a hard and glorious taste to follow-up with but this one holds its own with no problem at all. @twizzard, 'need a cigar to compliment right now!! (fresh out) :slight_frown:

Well I can’t ask for a better day. Received some sweet boxes, work went well, got in a couple of good workouts...now enjoying these brews.

Then, now one of my favorite stouts ever, Space Ghost...
This is up there with the very best spiced stouts, IMO. Hot, chocolatey, perfect mouthfeel. Thanks, Tim!

Finishing off my night with one of my favorites. This one is for a friend of mine who passed away 3 years ago tonight. Someone who turned me onto Victory awhile back. Thanks man, RIP.

Gojira has made great albums across the board; but they may never top From Mars To Sirius, ever. It is a masterpiece prog metal album. The whole album gives me goosebumps. Riffs, lyrics, and drums. All are incredible. A true classic.

    Cheers
