I kegged my hop bursted Centennial/Amarillo Brown ale today. MI Homebrew fest is next weekend, and the club is going to have 10 taps, and I will have one of them. I just set it in the fridge @ 35 psi today so I will pull some tomorrow to try when it's carbonated. 6 ounces of hops in the last 15 minutes was what I did. Gravity sample nose was HUGE on grapefruit/tangerine/citrus peels; while the taste was much more balanced with chocolate/biscuits/toast/caramel and hop flavors. Pleasant bitterness as well. We will see how it tastes tomorrow. I am brewing a White IPA next weekend with Mosaic and Belma hops. A direct rebrew of my 2012 recipe with different hops. One of my best batches ever so it should rock :grinning:

Anyways, heres the new ones today:

This was an excellent Belgian Pale ale. Taste of big lemon, pear, apple, light banana, clove, black pepper, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice crisp and spicy ester finish. Well balanced pale malt, yeast, and earthy hop flavors. Super refreshing and all around great beer. I might have to buy another 4 pack

This was a nice and pleasant blonde. Taste of grapefruit, lemon zest, lime, orange peel, toast, biscuit, light caramel, herbal, grass, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Well balanced hop, spice, and bready malt flavors. Very crisp and a bit dry on the finish. Flavors have good robustness and never feel watery. A nice summer drinker.

Very nice Doppelbock. Taste of caramel, toast, brown bread, raisin, plum, fig, brown sugar, light roast, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Great complexity and balance of flavors. Slight earthy bitterness on the finish. A crisp and smooth finish that is a bit creamy as well. Nose was too fruity/estery, but taste was a good experence. Enjoyed this.

Very nice Imperial stout. Has a bit of an English feel to it in malt flavors. Taste of dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toast, molasses, dark bread, light char/smoke with a touch of dark fruits and a fair amount of herbal/piney hops. Well balance hop and roasted malt bitterness/sweetness. Very smooth and moderately creamy feel.

A friend and I had a good time beer camping and struggled to put our ratings together (from left to right). This would have been an easier rating process if they were all one type of beer but this was a good problem to have on a beautiful sunny weekend day.

It's holding up well. Seems chocolaty-er than I remember.

Terrapin liquid bliss. Out of the bottle. Because I've spent all weekend cleaning up the mess my family made while I was at work this week and I am too tired and sore to go get a glass from the kitchen. If I wasn't so tired I would have to...politely request people clean up after themselves.

Nice. Very underrated beer. I liked it when it was fresh, figured it would age well.

Chillin out tonight with some cheap, grocery store sushi and some Sculpin. Maybe the alcohol will kill any stomach bug from this? Tasting good going down anyway! We'll see how I feel in the morning... :grimacing:
    Cheers!

Day-um @Greywulfken that is some tasty looking pairings right there! I was thinkin' about you the other day when we were shopping at Aldi's and I came across some jars of jalapeno stuffed and garlic stuffed olives! Thought I took pictures, but alas I did not.
Either way keep those awesome pairings coming!!

A little age on this. First number of the date is smudged so I'm not sure of the exact date. It's tasting delicious.
