Huzzah! Sounds like you are perfecting your beers. I haven't brewed in a decade almost. I imagine the really good stuff would put my best to shame, as I was for the most part a partial mash guy...

Yea, I had just started all grain with my first competition 2 years ago; but now every beer I make is has the water chemically adjusted for precise pH level/alkalinity and Chloride/sulfate ratios to match the mouthfeel I want(and sometimes region water profile targets). Crisp IPAs, or malty/creamy depending on the ratio and mash temp targets. Chest freezer fermentation control is also another important part of it as well.

New vintage... still a great beer! This one flies under the radar, or so I thought! I just checked, and it's a 97!!! I hardly ever hear anyone talking about this one.

    Amazing BBA Stout...

Date Stamp now only says "VINTAGE 2014."

    Cheers!

This stuff is so damn good. I will probably be buying another 4 pack even at the price.

Fruit beer favorite all the time. I could drink this all year.

This stuff is delicious. Did not really blow me away on reviewing, but an all around well made Belgian IPA for certain. Eagerly awaiting Sumpin Wild release, because that is my #1 Belgian IPA of all time.

Awesome and fresh. Lagunitas 6 packs are always around my fridge. Bright grapefruit and tangerine citrus forever. I love this stuff.

Centennial/Amarillo American brown I kegged last night. Fairly hazy but fricking delicious(thinking about doing gelatin on this though). I kegged this for the homebrew fest for saturday, but I figure I can pull a few pints for myself . Balanced tangerine/grapefruit/citrus peel and chocolate/caramel/biscuity/nutty malts. Nice pleasant pine/grassy bitterness that pretty much balances it out. Aromas are huge on citrus hops since this was hop bursted with no bitterness additions. The hop burst experiment worked out damn good.

Back from a trip to Burlington. First, while there I had:

The Alchemist "Heady Topper" - Freakin' awesome
Lawson's "Sip of Sunshine" - Freakin' awesome again!
Allagash "Odessy" - Also freakin' awesome again!
Fiddlehead Pale Ale - Pretty good....no Second Fiddle.
Zero Gravity "Blue Gribbin" - Good.
Zero Gravity "Sim City" - Great.
Vermont Pub & Brewery "Bombay Grab IPA" - Great.
Vermont Pub & Brewery "Double Play IPA" - Freakin awesome again!
Magic Hat "Hocus Pocus" - S'ok.
Magic Hat "Dream Machine" - S'ok again.
Magic Hat "Big Hundo" - This was REALLY good.
    Rock Art IPA - Good.

Then, to bring home, I got:

    12pk Long Trail "Double Bag"
    4 pk Eviltwin Brewing "Falco"
    8 pk Fiddlehead "Hodad"
    24pk Otter Creek "Overgrown"
    25oz Huyghe Brewery "Delirium Tremens"
    6pk Alphadelic
    6pk Baxter "The Stowaway"
    6pk Wachusett "Larry"
    6pk Hop Valley "Citrus Mistress"
    64oz Fiddlehead IPA
    64oz Magic Hat "Big Hundo"
    25oz Robert Johnson's "Hellhound"
    22oz Lagunitas "Imperial Red"
    22oz Foley Brothers "Native IPA"
2 22oz Rock Art Double IPA
    2 22oz Ruckus "Hoptimus Prime"
2 16oz Maine Brewing Co "Peeper Ale"
2 16oz Maine Brewing Co "Zoe"
2 16oz Maine Brewing Co "Mo"
    6pk Caldera IPA
2 24pk The Alchemist "Heady Topper"

So that's what I'll be drinking for the next bunch of nights, not including the 6pk of Lagunitas "Little Sumpin Extra" and a handful of Miller Lites that were already sitting around the house.

Unwinding tonight after work and really didn't expect this beer to be so good! Trading is just such a wonderful thing... Epic "Hop Zombie". Yeah, not that "Epic Brewing Company", the one from New Zealand. Really enjoying this IIPA!
    Cheers!
