    Lunch at the Malted Barley. Tonight I've got a beer tasting and a fantasy football draft, but it's my birthday, so fuck it; I'm going to enjoy some beer today!

    First up: Lagunitas Lil' Sumpin' Extra! on cask.

    Holy crap! How come nobody warned me this was so amazing??? I'm not an avid Sumpin' Sumpin' fan (regular, Wild!, or otherwise), so I've been passing this by, but this was unbelievably delicious! Delicate and soft, just filled with fruity flavors. Just, wow.

    Then it was time to dance.

    I like this beer. It's a love-or-hate kind of beer, but I like it. Definitely a sipper, a la DFH 120 minute. I haven't had it in at least a year, either. But it's a big, sweet, boozy monster of a beer. No less approachable than many a barleywine, IMO.

    Also, can't think of one DD without thinking of the other DD:
