    From yesterday, sampling some tasty brews at Barreled Souls in Saco, Maine. Roll Tide!

    One hundred percent of their brews are fermented the old fashion way, in oak barrels. So good.

    This beer's got it all - brett, oak aging, swirling Galaxy hops...

    ...some characteristics akin to a saison, some to a witbier...

    Anchorage and Crooked Staves do insane stuff with brett and barrel aging.
    Always fuckin' pricey, but you gotta go there at least once or twice.
