    Another lighter CCB offering thanks to @allisonmichelle . This is fantastic. Easily the best brown ale I've ever had (not including Palo Santo Maroon which I don't consider a brown ale)

    Moved onto Bell's Mars. Then finishing the rest of my afternoon off with some fresh ZD.

    My Prime Rib Roast is done .... and It was phenomenal ...

    2 1/2 hours later at 225 to an internal 130 Degrees.
    No thats not blood it juice .... the entire plate was full of juice by the time i was done resting it and slicing.

    Still have a couple of these to kill off. One down. The hops are muted now as you'd expect. Leans towards a more traditional Saison. Dry finish...

    Had a Foothills People's Porter and a Uinta Hopnosh while brewing my Magnum and Citra Pale Ale today. I plan on having a Couple more while I cook for my family this evening.
