    Listening to a nice Who mix being blasted a couple of blocks away.

    Tracking my home brew's (I mean my wife's) flight to SFO.

    Actually quite nice surprisingly. Taste of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, and some yeast earthiness. Light earthy bitterness on the finish. Very good robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors. Super clean with no overly estery notes present. Definitely liked this.

    Very good IPA. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, floral, grass, pine, light caramel, biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish. Smooth and crisp finish, slightly sticky. An IPA that is leaning more towards balance in flavors, but still had nice hoppiness overall. Nicely enjoyable.

    Very nice Unblended lambic. Taste of tart lemon, green apple, pear, white wine, hay, straw, grass, light vinegar, cracker, bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of fruity/earthy tartness on the finish. Good balance of tartness in flavor, along with oak and pale malt presence. Very smooth, crisp, lightly acidic finish. A bit lacking in complexity from a general Lambic standpoint; but given the unblended style, there was an adequate amount. Really pleasant and enjoyable.

    July 2013 date, sat on it for a bit. Officially the darkest head I've probably ever seen. Taste is incredible. Huge dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, molasses, toast, toffee, dark bread, tobacco, light char with a fair amount of raisin/prune fruits. Light roasty bitterness on the finish. Very creamy and fairly slick mouthfeel. Zero cloying sweetness or booze. Fantastic!
