    Sipping on some superb home brew from a friend in Vermont. "Dameslippen" (Ladies Lips). A "tripel oud bruin" that tastes like a Belgian-style strong dark ale. "A slightly tart sipping ale brewed with the finest malts, hops, and raisins and aged on applejack oak. 9.8% ABV. Bottled 25 September 2011." This has aged very well. Big thanks to @madrivervt.     Lift Bridge Crosscut Pale Ale - Pretty shaky out of the blocks. Enhanced somewhat by roasted chicken, collards and BBQ sauce. But in the end the most compelling aspect was the flash on the seam of the bottle.

    Enjoying a pint of Swamp Head's blackberry Berliner, Briar Patch, at the Wetlands in Gainesville. Very tasty stuff! Can't wait for the Gainesville Green and Saison du Swamp releases coming up . . . Saude, galera!
