I liked this and unliked it, then liked it again. This post is on one of my favorites of the day.

Good, just don't change it to the "Famous Monsters" label. that one is hideous!

Got some work done around the house, and now it's time to get the evening started.

Treehouse Haze DIPA. Juicy and delicious. Thanks, Sean!

Congrats to all you Royals fans; what a great postseason for that franchise.

    Cheers!

Had a few Surly Furious on the course today while golfing. It never fails how I play damn near my best round of the year now that the golf season is almost done (In MN anyways). Now I'm home having a Victory Festbier, while contemplating those 3 double bogeys in the last 5 holes that took my even par round to a 6 over.....Golf is a fickle mistress.

Been drinking this one for a while, and talking about its greatness in a convo:rolling_eyes:.

Yeah, one of the best DFH year round releases. Actually, one of the best Brown Ales around.

    Musical Narration:

"Unas Hath Taken Possession of the Hearts of the Gods. Unas Feedeth on their Entrails. He Hath gorged on their Unuttered Sacred Words. He Hath Assimilated the Wisdom of the Gods. His Existence is Everlasting!"

Over here, they're big on selling how Irish it is. Over there, I'd imagine it's...just a damn beer.

A birthday Billionaire! Well, we can all dream, right? I love that beer; I think the cognac provides an excellent complement to the strong malt profile. Just different enough from BBA and wine BA beers.

Also...damn, I might have to go eat some more cheese now! (My daughter ate about 75% of my earlier-posted cheese platter.)

Whew, I'm glad. There wasn't no Crimson Ghost in that label. Good thing we both prefer Danzig era.
