I'm tired. It's been a long day of driving, buying ridiculous Vermont beer, and drinking absurdly good IPAs with @mklisz.

There is definitely a bottle of Hill Farmstead for my target. And a bottle of Lunch bottled on 10/14.
I might get a little more shopping time, yet...

 

Got my amazing little box from @Vinithing had to leave town as soon as I opened it, but as soon as I get a free minute I'll upload some pr0n! @Vinithing you nailed my wants, can't wait to share some of these tonight!

 

To whoever my sender is: I'm headed to Portland Thursday night so if you're package is going to land next Friday drop me a line (or some obvious hints) when it lands so I can have someone pick it up

 

As a teacher and a lightweight, it's way past my bed time and I've had a 750 of take the black and about to finish off a storm king.... probably going to bed afterwards.

 

Nah, I just didn't want people to be waiting for the 'official post' if it wasn't coming. I think as long as it gets posted ever 3rd time or so we'll be good. And yes, it was worthy. Especially if you compare it to other landmark posts in the two longest BIF threads... some are cool, others are more "wtf"

Just opened Southern Tier Oat, a 10.8% oatmeal stout. I'm settled in.

It's quite literally that. It's an amazing beer, I could drink it every day; but as their flagship, it is by far not the most adventurous thing they make. I love their stuff so hard it's not even funny anymore.

Well, it's not as exciting as some of the beer you guys are posting, but it's my first time having this tonight and I love it. So refreshing and drinkable.

 

Sorry if I already posted this one but the enforcer @Mikexw himeself dropped this LICC on me not too long ago.
Not pictured Rushing Duck War Elephant growler which I drank this afternoon and it was delicious. Nice balance of bitterness, pine and tropical fruits. Really enjoyed this local gem!
