El Dankerino. Love this one. My brother in law wasn't diggin it so much when I gave him a bottle a few days ago. He's a semi craft beer drinker though.

    NBS x-post!

I brewed a Scottish 90/- today and took my Mosaic/Hull Melon IPA out of the keezer to be racked to keg tomorrow. I just made a new recipe up today. Making a bourbon oak aged Barleywine to be aged on Wild Turkey soaked cubes for 6 months. Also thinking about another lager, probably a dunkel or vienna to lager out for 2 months while my Helles keg disappears. I am brewing full capacity right now :grinning: (more than ever before)

    New brews:

This is a good and pleasant amber ale. Taste of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, toast, biscuit, light caramel, floral, grass, and light pine. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish. Well balanced hop and malt flavors. Very smooth and crisp finish with some lightly creamy/stickiness in the mouthfeel. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

This was awesome! I absolutely loved the aromas; really vibrant and balanced notes of yeast, spice, and malt complexity. Taste was really similar: Raisin, plum, fig, berry, licorice, chocolate, cocoa, toast, dark bread, clove, pepper, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good earthy yeast spiciness on the finish. Great balance of the really bready/roasted malt flavors along side the yeast/spice; just damn impressive. Smooth and crisp finish with a fairly creamy/bready type mouthfeel. Just fracking delicious, I might actually go buy a full 4 pack of this.

This is a fantastic Belgian style imperial stout! Tastes of big raisin, plum, fig, date, licorice, molasses, dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toast, dark bread, toffee, with some light-moderate vanilla/oak/bourbon noticeable and a fair bit of earthy/peppery yeast as well. Extremely well balance malt and yeast flavors and extremely smooth to sip on for 11.8%. Nice fairly full bodied mouthfeel, very creamy and slightly slick. Damn I totally love this. Belgian stouts need to be made more often IMO. Hardly any exist.

Well, the Niners have pissed away this game, so I'm going to at least have a little fun. This is pretty damn solid:

It's right in the BA review page notes, and I could tell it was right away from the nose initially.

I was watching Sunday Night Football.. But it was a horrible game. So I looked thru the DVR and found the Chiefs V Chargers from earlier today.. So glad to see Jamaal break the chiefs rushing record .. Low key tho: he smashed on Brandon Flowers.. Who went back into the lockeroom after that big hit.

The last time I had that on draft I didn't pick any of that up. I wonder how long that has been the case... I might have to crack one of the bottles I've got stashed & see what's up...
