12 Days of Xmas Hints and Haulz

I just hope whoever has me as a sender has me as a friend on Untappd. I will drink everything day by day as assigned. I think many people will have excuses (kids, work, wife, etc.) which is ok but I will adhere to the challenge!

 

Sounds like a simple "challenge accepted" would work here.

 

Did you ever try the mallomars? Or did you have them in the past?

 

I definitely have my spreadsheet started, but don't have anything planned that precisely yet because I want to stay flexible. Besides, we're not shipping for about 6 more weeks!!!

 

Never had them before, ate pretty much every one of them except 2 or 3.

 

Hint #1: I'll be shipping some really crappy beer.
Hint #2: Shipping East.
Hint #3: Found some IPA's in the back of my fridge that I forgot about. Some good stocking stuffers?
Hint #4: My targets states NFL team(s) suck!

 

Well I guess I will have to depend on someone else to send me crappy Wisconsin beer since va doesn't have their own team.

Alright time for an actual clue that will work, but won't make sense.

Just because I haven't posted in a long time (for me) --

To my target -- I think I can hit a few, but not many, of your wants (although you are one of those people who has overlapping wants and gots). And I think I can give you swag you will like, althoughvery few of your preferred breweries have distro near me. That being said, I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with what I send you based on your style preferences.

To my sender -- I'm not sure if my wishlist was detailed enough, or too detailed, or ???? BUT... the bottom line is as long as you don't send me stuff I DISLIKE, I'm pretty sure I will be happy with anything new to me. And I don't think I put in a formal swag request, but I'd be thrilled with a cool glass from a brewery OR with tasting glasses. And my untappd and BA (which pretty much match) are both up to date on what I've already had.

BTW, everybody knows you can sort your target's wants and hads, right? I find sorting my brewery makes things easier.

Although it appears I'm slacking compared to some posts in the thread, I've got three days locked. Got a notebook page of thoughts and potential setups going. I also hope my target doesn't have any major food allergies, or isn't a health nut. My wife lives in the kitchen during the holidays, so there will probably be some goodies shipping too.

 

I have no clue how i'm going to fit all I want to into a 12 bottle shipper. Looks like my target might get multiple deliveries.

 

Dear Target: Today I went to a buddies house locally because he knows I'm building a box for you. He gave me three bottles that will be in your 12 bottle box. All three are wants. Their average BA score is 94 and their average rating is 4.25

I've now got 7 of the 12 bottles picked out. All wants. I also initiated a trade with a buddy out west to secure another want which will make 8. I need to get my hands on 4 more of your wants!

 

My box might be epic in size and goodness, but hitting 12 wants for all 12 days is truly epic. I wish I could do the same for my target, however they have alot of wants not in my distro sadly, and alot of stuff that most people are really ready to give up without alot in return.

This will be a content hint/regular hint if my target is smart enough to pick up on the secret within.

There are at least 4 beers in this picture that will be headed out to my target come shipping time.

The bottles in the back you cant see are ISS by straight to ale, Siren Noire, and le terroir. The small bottle in the middle is 120min.

Located in the puzzle below is the first name of the 4 beers. Have fun! The words can be horizontal, diagonal, or vertical.

 

Not I good sir, I hope to see many grammatical errors in my targets untapped, and drunk ramblings on this thread.

I as well am hoping my target gets enough stuff to keep him drunk for 12 days, and nights hopefully longer! I feel like this is the way it should be.

Although I do not intend my box to be gut wrenching every night, I did include 2-3 nights where they would have somewhat of a break. That being said, I hope I am your target.

Holy cow, that is an amazing picture! But your shipper shouldn't have sent so soon and you shouldn't have unwrapped them all already. Jealous of that Westbrook, that Raspberry Truffle and KBS. Is that one of the flavored Tart of Darkness? I'd say you're doing ok.
