    I've been trying to drink one of these for the last few times I drank and I never quite make it, but finally I did and it's fantastic as per usual

    Pipeworks Ninja vs. Unicorn DIPA. This is the beer that put this brewery on the map. I don't have this very often, as it is the most common beer they produce. Never fails to amaze me every time I have it. This is the perfect example of a midwest IPA: well balanced, yet hop forward. Getting flavors of pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruit juice and peel, orange peel, pine sap, and some peach. Balanced with some buttery malt, biscuit, carmel, and sugar. Amazing stuff!!

    Enjoyed some Wicked Weed goodness today-

    Briars and Brett that was posted to NBS.
    It's a farmhouse saison using local malt and local blackberries, with lemon zest and basil added.. Then aged all in local gin barrels. Pretty good beer.

    Then I cracked open, Amorous. It's a sour IPA, fermented with Brett, thats then dryhopped with a bunch of good american hops. It's tasty, although very similar to Le Terrior, but funkier.
