I had Heady Topper, wasn't impressed. Then I get a can of Gandhi. Blows my mind! I understand how you feel.

One of the best beers I've ever had the pleasure of drinking...

Cool story on how I acquired this beer. I went to a friends wedding a couple weeks ago and got to the dinner a little late, since it was open seating my girlfriend and I found a spot at a table with a couple we didn't know. During dinner we got to talking about what each of us does for a living and as it turns out, the guy is a head brewer at New Glarus, brewing a lot of the thumbprints, fruits and R&D's (with Dan Carey). We talked beer the whole night (annoying my gf haha), at one point he asks of I tried the Wild Peach and I told him I wasn't able to make the release and so I hadn't. The conversation moved on to other things, but a while later he tells me, hey I have two bottles of Wild Peach left (he started with just 4), you sound like you'll really enjoy it, I'll send you. I was floored and told him that's too generous but he insisted and took my address. Sure enough, a couple days later the Peach and a 20th anniversary beer to boot show up on my doorstep. this is from a guy who has never traded beer or sent it in the mail before. That's the true definition of a beer advocate right there! And you can bet I sent a thank you box with some killer beers we can't get in WI!

    Cheers!

Finishing the Howler, why? Because it is that good!

This brew is more drinkable than Sucks. Even with the higher ABV. I might want to change my review score. There is not a hint of booze on this brew, even though it's near 9%.

I can't wait until they can this!

Taking shelter from a Lake Michigan gale at 18th Street, and enjoying A Deal With the Devil APA. I hope it's a Halloween joke that this beer may never be brewed again. Perhaps under a different name? Loaded with tropical hop juiciness, it's one of Indiana's finest in my opinion.

Starting my Halloween off with some Warlock. Love the smell, but getting an intense nutmeg/bitter finish that I'm not digging at all. Have a good time tonight and be safe all!
