Just walked back to my desk from a meeting to find I've been Ninja'd and this was an awesome and generous gesture. Thank you for the return fire Kevin, was unwarranted but I cannot wait to enjoy these libations!



He was even kind enough to provide tic-tacs for when I open one of these with my lunch, I'll have something to conceal my alcohol breath. Now if only there was something to fix my behavior upon said consumption.

 

I mean, you do get your stuff shipped to the office, gotta take care of that breath! I'll be honest, this wasn't even intended to be "return fire", I just saw you were interested in the Bean Dream and had a box packed 10 minutes later. And thank @valrxman for the Jai Alai; it's not as fresh as when he sent it to me, but still much fresher than anything I'd see on the shelf.

 

Knowing that this wasn't even intended as return fire makes it all the better! I love that guys on here just take initiative to hook up fellow members with a beer they'd like to try just for the hell of it. This group is pretty damn awesome!

 

Yeah I certainly have been the benefactor of that same generosity; so, in addition to the LIF I've been planning (so glad to finally have that posted) I have been dying for a chance to hook someone up in the same way.... it's not too often you hear "I really want to try that Dogfish Head 60 Minute" and old standards like that, or unknowns, are what Philly has the most of, so I jumped at the chance.

You should also know that I had to beat @PA-Michigander off with a stick from sending you this one himself.

 

I will vouch for the fact that they were fighting over you...

 

Is this still open? A buddy in Kansas just asked for some locals in my area, and can get me whatever quantity of Vanilla Buffalo Sweat as you need.

 

This just in from the folks at FedEx.... Box #1 has touched down in Minnesota.. No word on the porch's condition as of yet but sender is showing no signs of remorse... Sender did mention a second attack is eminent

 

Another Fedex bulletin -- my haul has landed. But as previously mentioned, pics etc will probably not be posted until sometime tomorrow.

 

Yeah, still open. Will drop you a BM when I get home.

 

One more FedEx update - The Juneau, Alaska field office has agreed, through much convincing (seriously, I was on the phone for a good 20 minutes for some reason) to hold onto a very large ticking time bomb until Wednesday. It intended target has acknowledged this but will not be by to retrieve it until Monday. Sorry freaks, you'll have to wait until Monday for your pr0nz. (Which also means my sleepless nights will continue another 5 damn days while I wonder if everything is in tact)

 

There has to be a better way to phrase that

 

Well, those pesky Giants have now beaten both my Rangers and Royals in the World Series. I don't think there is another team I hate more right now. But that doesn't mean there's not a winner out of this. Thanks to random.org - @valrxman is the lucky recipient of my Royals LIF. There is box of Kansas City's own Boulevard heading your way.
