I'm confused as to the purpose of this. Is this like the cinnamon challenge or the milk challenge where you try not to throw up? Also, this is the only time I have seen someone exercising and take in more calories than burning.
This used to be a tradition of ours when I ran track in college. Great time, indeed! Just make sure you don't eat anything for at LEAST 4 hours before the beer mile, and you will have a good time
I would be thrilled if I could still run a sub 7 minute mile straight up. I would own her on the beer chugging part though.
I don't think I could drive 1/4 mile, chug a beer and repeat until I've driven a mile as fast as she did that running.
