Pipeworks Unicorn's Revenge DIPA. Made with lots of American hops, but also lots of Nelson Sauvin. The label on this is awesome. Has to be the sweetest DIPA they make. Huge amounts of carmel and sugar. But this is still all about the hops. Grapefruit, tangerine, white grape, pine resin, mango, and pineapple come to mind. Despite the sweetness, a big amount of bitterness and a touch of alcohol to taste on the finish. This is not quite up there with their elite hoppy offerings, but still a very solid DIPA.

Now I'm having the last of the Daisy Cutters. Hey, if you have a theme going, you may as well go with it...

I'm liking it even better now than the last time I had it, too. This wouldn't have played too well after the Founders Harvest, but thanks to a little palate reset I'm getting every bit of floral nuance.

Speaking of the reset button, let's do a ballad this time-

I have to admit, I never heard of this until Thursday. A friend of mine from VA is in town and brought a 4-pack of this, and...wow. Real easy drinker here. This is impressive.

Trippin. Hop Trippin that is. And just like any other Deschutes pale ale, it is delicious. Love how they have really solid malt backbones that still let the hops shine through.

Not sure which I like more, your taste in music or your taste in beer. That's a good problem lol.
