    Had a Boomerang to start, quite forgettable, hard to believe it's made by the same people that make Celebration.
    Then moved on to an Ommegang Scythe&Sickle Harvest bier de garde with my salmon .... super combo

    Not the Stoic is Not Bad. More "quad" like than last time. Quite a bit of almond, pomegranate, barrel juice, dark fruits, sweet.

    My homebrew saison. Not carbed fully from what I can tell. A bit dark as well but it's not bad for my first original recipe. It'll definitely get better with age with the brett in it.
