    BTW - aren't the new labels great? The Event Horizon's label will glow in the dark.

    And... on to Celebration. I'd love to compare it to the Titan I just had... but this Celebration is over, the hop presence is mostly gone - still - it has caramel notes and a bit of a bite. Totally different beer when it's not fresh, but one of the few big ipa's that can pull that off.

    wife had a bad day. so i made some stir fried chicken with tomato paste, white wine, rice vinegar, soy sauce, broccolini florets and garlic. brown rice with broccolini stems, leeks and ginger on the side. Resin from six packs. just released and super fresh. cheers all. you guys get me through cold, rainy tuesdays.

    Narragansett Autocrat Coffee Milk Stout. If I had some pizza strips it would be a Rhode Island trifecta, but I don't, because pizza strips are kind of gross. Nice beer, though!

    And the last of Sammy's three massive IPA's... Triple C's Baby Maker. This guy is big and boozy - slightly floral with a lot of malt. A damn good beer from Charlotte, NC.
