Unfortunately yes however I don't know if I am going to be able to find it in my area again. Never tried it before and this was on my list of beers I really want to try.. Nobody here had it Black Friday and I didnt have the option of traveling.

Apparently Wegmans Mt Laurel got a case of vanilla (sold out now obviously).

I'm guessing snj is pretty much sold out of bcbs and variants.

Saw that Martins got regular today too, first shipment. Only regular. Good to hear that Vanilla exists in SJ, fingers crossed there' a whole second shipment of bourbon county for the region.

Sure it's expensive where you got it but at least you got a couple of bottles. Just realized I meant to type Route 35 for Max's but was on Route 71 at the time hence my mistake. Happy the wrong address didn't throw you off!

Wegman's in Ocean sounds like it sells out of things REAALLLLY fast.

someone said they sold out of Carton Eptiome in two hours on release day. I picked up a few 4-packs without hassle yesterday at my local store.

As of 4:15 Bottle King in Glen Rock had Regular, Coffee and Barleywine in the back, one bottle limit.

If anyone needs '14 Regular I have extra from Thanksgiving in Upstate, NY since they don't Regulate Quantity. I also have a bottle of '13 Regular and a Prairie Bomb is someone wants to do a larger trade.

This is good news, but I remember last year Martin's had BCS for something like 16-18 a bottle for regular..... I passed on it at that price. What was price this year?

    $9.99

And yes, their prices are ridiculous. Pretty sure they were trying to charge $15.99 (give or take a dollar) for single bottles of KBS this year.

Martins prices are absolutely nuts. Might as well disrobe as suggested in another thread, at least you would be more prepared for the arse reeming coming to you. How they are still in business given their proximity to Wegmans is beyond me. Guess they are lucky that the Mt. Laurel Wegmans is so weak compared to the CH store, otherwise they would be toast.

so mt laurel wegmans is the only confirmed vanilla receiver so far in burlco or camden co? i've heard nothing for any other location besides we didn't get it.. and thats from stores that all got backyard and other variants last year

Probably because its much easier to get into their lot than Wegmans on a Saturday. They've got a somewhat captive audience being accessible on rt 38 and backing up to a dry town (Moorestown). Doesn't justify their crazy prices though.... I once paid $18.00 for a 12oz. beer they had from Naked Brewing in PA. Buddy of mine who worked at Naked laughed at me for that one haha.

If I recall from last year from the NJ underground thread, all the variants came out a week or two after thanksgiving, at least in Burlington County (Ritchie and Page territory). Felt like forever for Conrad to get it out in CC. That said, would have thought that places like Canals Of Burlington and Delran would have gotten theirs by now if Mt L got theirs... Perhaps Wegmans Mt Laurel ended up selling a lot more of the year round goose island lineup to than we would have thought? Given their selection, it wouldn't shock me, but I would still be surprised to see beer guys like Mike at Burlington get completely shut out if even if that was the case.

That's is odd. I know their buyers usually put in for the max on rare stuff and see what they get thinking they will get a % of what they asked for. They had beer camp 12 packs on the shelf for over a week until they let the guys that work there buy them.

Yes....that picture IS obscene....almost as obscene as some of the price gouging that's going on elsewhere

This is why I won't drive around going crazy for single bottles of BCBS for 8.99, when I know when I get up to NYC a few times a year, I can pick up 4 packs all year long. Now variants is a whole other issue, but only one local store got any variants this year. Where are 3/4 local got variants last year. But anything closer to Philly or AC is long gone.
