    Hiya folks,

    Once again, I must apologize for not posting so often—turns out when your partner moves in, sitting on your computer after dinner comes off as anti-social :-)

    Anyway, it's been a nice beer week. Earlier this week I enjoyed the Boulevard/Ommegang Collaboration #4 Saison, which I took some notes on and will put into a review sometime soon, but for now suffice it to say that I enjoyed the shit out of it. On Thursday, the lady and I went to First Magnitude in town, where I got to try their new Belgian Table Beer (excellent stuff: a solid Belgian Pale at session strength) and their new Ursa IPA, an all-Centennial IPA at 7.3% and extremely tasty. Friday I took off, and yesterday we went back to First Magnitude where I had Proof's Guru IPA (outstanding liquid, just beautiful stuff) and Intuition's King Street Stout, a very solid Imperial Stout. And finally, tonight I enjoyed a bottle of W-n-B with some oatmeal chocolate chip cookies I baked earlier today.

    And in case anyone is wondering, dipping a chocolate chip cookie into an imperial stout is not only delicious, but also shameful. But too delicious to give fucks about the shame it invokes :-) Saude, galera!

    It was time for a new look, and I decided to take a little off the top - so to speak.
    Alex DeLarge seemed quite fitting to me. The artist is Cully Hammer.
