The ABV will make it unable to be distributed to certain states... So should be a smaller amount made, or more to go around for the states that allow it.

I know it will be in November, but I do not know an exact date. It is going to be a ticketed event, has anyone heard how they are going to do ticket sales?

So which tent or sleeping bag would be best to use for Occupy Founders?

If the crown at the top is any indication, it looks like an English Barley Wine.

at 15%, its either a stout, Barleywine, or strong ale.

North Carolina JUST makes the cut, I guess. 15% is our limit. Looking forward to it.

Or....if the cap is 15%, I'm assuming this means we CAN get 15% beers.

I mean, it does say "Barley Wine Ale" right on that label. I would guess it's a barley wine.

We can commiserate in our states' stupid beer laws. But not over a Bolt Cutter, apparently.

I'm holding out hope that this one will slip through somehow. We've got a couple that have slipped through before, but those were mostly low-profile beers and breweries.

We had a funny one last year. A relatively high-profile brewery shipped a beer in that exceeded our ABV cap. After a couple days, it got recalled back to the brewery -- but then a few weeks later it showed up again. The brewer slapped a new label on top of the old one, with a new, lower ABV this time. Epic.

Considering how big Founders is, though, I'm not overly optimistic. And God forbid it's actually good. It'll be 2013's version of King Henry.
