Speaking of cans, I really hope you keep Blood of a Unicorn as a flagship when you start canning! Hoppy reds are so under rated imo. This is def top 3 hoppy red that I've ever had when fresh

I completely agree!!! Blood is probably the best imperial red I've ever had the pleasure to sample!

Who wants to talk about that Citra Saison?... WOW!!!

One of my favorite Pipeworks so far!

Who am I kidding? They're ALL favorites!!!!

Last Thursday, Binny's LP had about 4-5 cases on the floor. Can't imagine it's all gone by now...

Had both Black Tuna and the oatmeal stout this weekend. For my money, they're two of the best new brews PWs has put out in some time. Was able to nab a second bottle of the Tuna yesterday at West Lakeview which I hope to crack in to soon.

    Good stuff!

I liked Bonsoiree too, but how is it a shame that a different good restaurant is there now? I live a couple blocks away from TDS, and have been there several times. They won a Bib Gourmand and they do regular beer events with local brewers like Solemn Oath and Penrose. Their in-house charcuterie is great, and they carry Pipeworks stuff regularly. Also, they definitely have a bar, it's the big wooden thing with stools in front of it right where you walk in.

Yeah, I too am pretty pumped about Crimson Snapper. Blood orange + citra should be sick.

You're right about the bar, my bad. I haven't been there in a while and usually sat out back when I did go. Bonsoiree didn't have a bar, so I was confused.

As far as saying its a shame, I was meaning its a shame what happened between the chefs of Bonsoiree. They had a bad falling out leading to its closing. The owner decided to go in a different direction after that point. Personally, I have not been overly impressed with the food at TDS, but that's just like, my opinion, man.
