    New Beer Sunday rolls on....x2

    Posted this on NBS...and loved the G-Flash on the palate....

    and flowed into this...also new to me...had shied away from it in past due to low ABV%...but BA's were consistent in praise...so I jumped...

    and, pleasantly surprised...balanced beautifully...hoppy enough and fruity, but not too sweet...tasty, it is....happy, I am

    Been a terrible 36 hours with some family shit that has gone down. I'm finally home and ready for some beers.

    Burn 'Em Brewing Pale Alement Extra Pale Ale. Fairly new brewery from Valparaiso, IN. The Centennial and Summit hops go very well together. Pine resin and herbal notes from the Summit and grapefruit, orange, and floral from the Centennial. Really dig it.
