    Side by Side action going on!

    Ok, I usually am exclusive on my beer threads on Sunday...(NBS is an addiction.)

    Tonight I'm doing things different. I took on a suggestion from another BA, who told me to do a Side by Side. I took that counsel to heart tonight. This is what I got!

    Blazing World vs Tocobaga!

    Let's end this with an Overall approach versus subtleties. Blazing World wins this title by just a width of aroma! While both are similar with malt characteristics, hop profiles are miles away! Blazing World is a resinous/floral Hop Bomb where Tocobaga is sweet Citric hops. Tocobaga looses because of a weird offset aroma, almost like its oxidized. Might be a by product of all the malts used in brewing this beer. IDK, all I know is it shouldn't be there.

    I'm probably going to be done by time I'm through both these!
