    This is pretty good. Pilsner meets IPA. My first "IPL", I believe. Of course the pepper jack mac w bacon and panko in the back there. Oh yeah. Go Seahawks...I guess.

    Moving on...First day of February and it's cold & wet again. Warming the bones with this winter warmer. Nice alcohol heat on the finish makes this a perfect cold day beer. Some don't like that in a finish but today it's what's making this beer good. Pretty much a brown ale wrapped in spice and heat, not very pretty and a little thin but still very tasty...Cheers!
