    Did you think i would really leave you with an "old " pic? My version of Tom Ka Gai served with Troeg's Nugget nectar.

    PS - it's the fullness of the malt in nugget nectar that compliments the richness of the coconut milk NOT the bitterness of unchecked hops.

    Great Black Rye IPA as usual. Great hop and rye/roast balance.

    2013 Third Coast. Tasting incredible right now as expected. I've always felt like this achieves a really great balance with less age than other American barleywines.

    From yesterday, I took a trip from Indy to Chicago for business so I HAD to visit Goose Island, Three Floyds, and 18th Street. I was able to try like 15 new beers so I figured I'd just post one from each. I'm now only five beers away from hitting ONE HUNDRED from Three Floyds. Cheers!
