From Illinois, so Bourbon County Brand Stout. And it would serve as a great platform for adding coffee, berries, vanilla, peppers, etc. So where do I sign up?

I'll go with HopArt from Coast Brewing. It's solid and readily available. Another good local regular is Holy City's Yeast Wrangler.

Being from New South Wales (the newest and southest Wales in the world - Australia) I would have to go with my highest NSW rated beer, which is HopDog's excellent An American Werewolf In Belgium... I wonder if I could even possibly get sick of it? Naaahhh.

From the beer wasteland of nevada it is a tough call.

I guess Resinate from Crafthaus. Citra Rye from Joseph James being a close second

This is tough, I am in Maryland...

    ...

I am going to have to go with Brewer's Art Green Peppercorn Tripel.

Even though I haven't had that lately, it's just jumping out at me for some reason... and it is a great brew.

In Oklahoma, I'd go with Coop Elevator Wheat. I don't like choosing just one thought.
