    What do you think? Just had my first last weekend. It was a growler so I was a bit sorry that i couldn't put a year on it but I was impressed nonetheless.

    Sipping on a Uinta Hop Nosh while watching and listening to a YouTube Video full of the sights and sounds of the mountain range from which the Brewery adopted its name:



    This video brings back great memories of time spent hiking in the High Uintas some years back. One unique thing about this mountain range is that it is the only one in the US where the mountains run from east to west rather than from north to south.

    Trying this after aging it for 3 years (I am pretty sure that is the time between bottling and best before date???). Looks like the best before date is just days away! Very nice and smooth - I'm loving it with age! Cheers!
