    RIP Mr. Nimoy. I believe Mr. Spock once said, "To not have a beer on Friday after work, would be illogical."


    I will always remember Mr. Nimoy for this show. Loved "In Search Of", was one of my favorites as a kid and one of the many reasons why I'm a history teacher now.

    I picked up a four pack of this after skipping it last year. Pretty much as I remember, loaded with caramel flavor, pine and alcohol in the finish. A different spin on the style that drinks more like an aged DIPA or barleywine. I'm more of a fan of the tropical juicy variety, but it's a welcome change of pace. Plus it goes nicely with the background!
