    Psyche, this is tasting just fine.. I'll let my taste buds determine your best by date! This bottle is 5 years old and no oxidation characteristics. Maybe that's why Unibroue has their corks in so tight. It prevents oxygen from fucking up their product.

    This is truly phenomenal. One of, if not the best russian imperial stout I've ever had the please of tasting. Why must this be so good?

    Anyone know why this glass says "silly"? Is that a brewery or something? Haha. Finally got a new glass besides those Damn Irish mugs that I have.

    Drinking a "Remedy" American brown from a local brewery, Parkway Brewing. It's a new one for me and I must admit, it's probably one of the best examples of an American Brown I've had recently. Lovin me some locals!

    Ice fishing up in Wisconsin is a bit of a change of pace for me (from Florida). These beers make me feel welcome though.

    Ok, so I've read in other threads that this beer was apparently aged in Pappy barrels?? Can anyone validate this one way or the other?
