    Continuing my beer journey for the day.
    My wife and I had lunch at Loco Coco's. I had Rising Tide Hiver, a great beer (margarita for my wife)

    After grocery shopping we went to York River Landing. My wife had Prarie GoldAmarillo, and I had Old Chub Nitro. We both were happy with our choices.

    Went home, drinking one of my favorites, Allagash Curieux. Last beer until next Monday.

    I can't open a Founder's smoked porter, but I'm having a 2013 FBS - and it is still great!!

    George and his first wife, Patti Boyd... (that left him for Clapton and George and Eric remained friends)

    Everyone talks about this beer, and I thought it was just a 'gimmick' beer, but I have to say it is delicious! We don't usually get this in the Midwest, so I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon a stack of these bottles in the middle of a local liquor store. Cheers to the week being half over!

    Aaahhhh another Hump Day done and another day at work out of the way; the kids had off today due to the shitty road conditions, so of course the wife had to bake some cookies...

    Found something to match with those!! First time having this one; not too shabby although the mouthfeel is a little thin for my liking, but other than that it's pretty good!

    Time for some Merle!





    This is such a great song and while I am not a fan of Toby Keith, his introduction is perfect!


    If you're not a fan of Merle Haggard you have got some serious issues! Great song writer, singer and all around American!
