    One of those that has mediocre reviews but I really like...

    Had to do it. I actually ingested maybe 3-4 ounces of the 8 in the bottle. The pour in the photo was actually pretty clear beer. I guess whatever is left when the solids drop out and clump together. The second pour was a disaster. Just a solid, chunky mess.

    Haven't eaten yet. Feeling a little nauseous. That smell just sticks with you.
    It doesn't help that I've been trying to rinse and soak the bottle for a couple of hours and the crust inside the bottle is slowly peeling away. Ugh. Looks like a crime scene.

    I don't have a picture of it, but the guys from Saltwater Brewery came down yesterday and brought a keg of Pineapple Screamin' Reels IPA. It was perfectly balanced between the sweet pineapple, hints of grapefruit and big hop finish!

    To top it off, the guys from Terrapin joined us last night with Saltwater making for a really great time drinking sore really great beer! Actually, I think it's time for a jolt of Wake n Bake! Regular coffee just ain't cutting it today.

    I had such a difficult choice to make in deciding what to pour on such a fine occasion that I prayed to the Bock God for assistance; do I have the rauchbock, or the eisbock? If only Schlenkerla made a raucheisbock this would have been so much easier.

    As it turns out, he sent one of his minions to assist me; this one is called Tiny Tim. He said "drinketh both at once, and taketh it to thine dome!"

    I gotta tell ya- he was right. It's delish. And Schlenkerla should make a raucheisbock!

    We dig Sam Cooke and we'd like to play a couple of his songs for ya. The middle one in particular is for all of us east coasters who still haven't had a chance to experience a proper first day of spring-
