    A friend has come over for lunch and to watch some of the tournament. So I pulled this nice brown out of the cellar to share with lunch. Since it is a pretty cold this is fitting the bill nice. Very good brown and I am glad I have 2 more in the cellar.

    Awesome news from across the Atlantic!!! Haven't seen this here yet, but Duvel is my Belgian standard - loved their tripel hop editions dating back to 2012 - so far, by my count, Citra (2012), Sorachi Ace (2013), and Mosaic (2014)...

    Their Citra tripel hop was my fave, but so long ago, I was a novitiate and my memory has faded - loved the Sorachi Ace - felt it really worked well with their Saaz Saaz and Styrian Golding hops...

    You've got me really looking forward to the Equinox edition - I have no frame of reference for Equinox hops, but they are said to have a strong grapefruit and lemon character, with some pepperiness - can't wait!!

    Glad yesterday's little "Bock Fest" got so much support. Doubly glad my beloved NC State Wolfpack's entry into the tournament this year didn't turn into a complete deBOCKle! (sorry, I got nothin')

    Might have a new beer later, but for now I'm cooking a big pot of chili and enjoying my last Hop Juju...
